Our Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive the tracking number via email. Use the tracking number to track your order. Orders will be received in less than 7 days depending on the shipping chosen at the time of placing your order. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from FTLOC, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges. 

​If you are tracking information that shows your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must follow up with the United States Postal Service. For Thee Love Of Clothing is not responsible for package(s) that shows complete delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once your package is shipped, it usually takes up to 14 days of arrival.

 

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES

For Thee Love Of Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order. 

 

 

Return/ Exchange Policy

NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING PACKAGES.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for an exchange of items or store credit:

1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.

2. Merchandise must be in its original condition and original packaging that it was received in.

3. No perfume or smell of smoke on clothing. 

Refunds or exchanges WILL NOT BE granted unless ALL of the following conditions are met.

We handle returns on a case by case basis with the goal of keeping our clients smiling.

 

DOMESTIC​ and INTERNATIONAL

Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

OPEN PACKAGES

Please open your packages with care, DO NOT cut open your package with scissors. We will not accept the return of any items that was damaged when package was opened. 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified electronically of the status of your return request. 

All refunds will be credited to a FTLOC Gift Card.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS/ SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately sale items or promotional items (when a discount code is applied) cannot be exchanged or returned.

EXCHANGES

If you request an exchange for the same item, different size, please contact Customer Care via email Fortheeloveofclothing@gmail.com with the subject EXCHANGES.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If your item(s) meet all of the necessary conditions for the returns, please fold and pack your item(s) nicely and mail to

Customers should always consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for orders over $75.

FTLOC is not responsible for returned or exchanged items that are lost in transit. Items that are not received will not be replaced.
